Bouchard calm as semi-final looms

Eugenie Bouchard remained composed despite reaching a first career grand slam semi-final with victory over Ana Ivanovic on Tuesday.
The Canadian, 19, had not made the main draw in Melbourne before this year, but could be eyeing the title after beating Ivanovic - conqueror of top seed Serena Williams - 5-7 7-5 6-2.
Big-hitting Bouchard will face two-time finalist Li Na for a spot in the showpiece.
"I just try to take it in stride," the Quebec native said.
"Like I said earlier, it's not a huge surprise to me because I always believe in my skills and things like that.
"It's something I've been working a long time for. It's not really sudden or anything like that. I just want to keep going.
"If there's more attention, well, that's a good thing."

Ivanovic admitted to suffering from a come down, as her exploits against Williams took their toll.
"It's very hard because when I came into tournament, I saw my draw. It was quite tough. I had to battle through my matches," she said.
"Also I had few very emotional wins, so today I really felt I was a little bit flat.

"But it's just another learning experience. Obviously I'm very disappointed to lose in this manner.
"Even though despite the fact I didn't play my best, today I felt I still had chances. I didn't quite use them well, wasn't aggressive enough, had way too many errors.
"But it's something to learn from and move on."
