Red Bull´s woes continue in Jerez

Red Bull's preparations for the new Formula One season are going from bad to worse after failing to complete a lap on day three of testing. The defending constructors' champions have struggled badly in Jerez with Sebastian Vettel only able to complete 11 laps in the first two days, and things got worse on Thursday as Daniel Ricciardo broke down in the eighth corner of his first lap out of the pits. Cars with Renault engines have found relaibility tough to come by as teams look to get to grips with anumber of new regulations. Ricciardo made it back on track just before 1300CET and managed three laps. Fernando Alonso also had problems in his Ferarri as he was forced to stop on the approach to turn eight, however the Italian manufacturer were able to resolve the problems and the Spaniard recorded two of his quickest laps in the morning. Alonso completed 32 laps, and was second fastest behind Jenson Button who continues to impress in the McLaren.
